Shipping Methods and Timelines
- Shipping Options: During the purchase process, you will be presented with various shipping options on the checkout page. These options are designed to meet different needs and preferences, including standard and expedited shipping services. Each option includes an estimated delivery timeline to help you make an informed decision based on your urgency and budget.
- Selection and Confirmation: Once you select your preferred shipping method, the estimated delivery timeline and any associated shipping fees (if applicable) will be clearly displayed. We aim to dispatch all orders promptly, with most orders shipped within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase.
Tracking the Shipment
- Tracking Information: After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to track your shipment directly with the carrier. This allows you to monitor the progress of your package from our facility to your specified delivery address.

Policies Regarding Lost or Damaged Shipments

Include your full name, shipping address, and a brief description of the issue.
- Replacement of Kits: Fertility Phoenix LLC is committed to ensuring that you receive your kit in good condition and ready for use. Lost or damaged kits will be replaced at no additional expense to you. We prioritize these situations to minimize any impact on your testing timeline.
- Return of Damaged Packages: Should your kit arrive damaged, specific instructions for returning the damaged package will be provided on a case-by-case basis. Our customer support team will guide you through the process and arrange for a replacement kit to be sent to you as quickly as possible.
Sample Collection and Return
Instructions for Sample Collection and Preservation
- Follow Kit Instructions: Detailed instructions for collecting your menstrual fluid sample are provided within the collection kit. It is vital to follow these instructions precisely to ensure the integrity and viability of your sample. This includes guidelines on how to collect, handle, and store the sample prior to shipping.
- Preservation of the Sample: Immediately after collection, follow the steps provided in the kit to preserve your sample according to the specified requirements. Proper preservation is key to preventing degradation of the sample, which could affect the test outcome.
Guidelines for Using the Prepaid Return Mailer
- Prepaid Mailer: Your collection kit includes a prepaid express return mailer specifically designed for the safe and secure transportation of your sample to our third-party laboratory. Once your sample is collected and preserved according to the kit instructions, place it in the provided mailer.
- Packaging the Sample: Ensure that the sample is securely packaged as directed in the instructions to prevent any leakage or damage during transit. The packaging should comply with the provided guidelines to meet shipping regulations for biological samples.
- Dispatching the Sample: Drop off the prepaid mailer at the designated shipping carrier’s location as soon as possible after collection. The express nature of the mailer is intended to expedite the delivery and reduce the time your sample spends in transit.
Deadlines for Returning the Sample to Ensure Validity
- Timely Return: To ensure the validity of your test results, it is important to return your sample to the laboratory within the specified timeframe mentioned in the collection kit instructions. Typically, the sample should be shipped back to the laboratory within 24 hours of collection, unless collected on the weekend, in which case the sample should be refrigerated until Monday and then shipped.
- Validity Window: Returning your sample within the recommended timeframe ensures that the sample’s integrity is maintained, which is crucial for accurate testing. Delays in returning the sample may compromise the quality and, consequently, the validity of your test results.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Fertility Phoenix LLC aims to provide flexibility and fairness in our cancellation and refund policy, understanding that circumstances can change. Below outlines the conditions under which customers can cancel their order and the refund policy for cancelled orders or unsatisfactory service.
Conditions for Order Cancellation
- Unused Covee Collection Kit: Customers who have ordered but not used their Covee collection kit have 30 days from the time of order to request a refund. All orders over 30 days are considered final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Used Collection Kits: If the collection kit has been used or the sample has been sent to the laboratory, no refunds can be issued. The nature of our service and the costs incurred once a kit is used prevent us from offering refunds in these situations.
What Happens if Sample is Rejected
- Steps after sample Rejection: A sample may be rejected by the laboratory for reasons listed above in the “Reasons for Rejection of Sample” under the clause, “Description of Service”. In the event that this happens, Fertility Phoenix will send a replacement Covee, and the user will need to collect another sample during their next menstrual cycle.
Refund Process
- Requesting a Refund: To initiate a refund, customers should first contact Fertility Phoenix LLC by emailing info@fertilityphoenix.com or through their secure customer portal. Please include your order number, the reason for the refund request, and whether the kit has been opened.
- Returning the Kit: Refunds will only be processed after the unused Covee collection kits are received back at the address provided during the refund process. Detailed instructions for returning the kit, including the return address and any required documentation, will be provided upon receipt of the refund request.
- Important Note: If you wish to return the collection kit for a refund, do not use the prepaid FedEx mailer included in Covee. The prepaid mailer contained within is intended for sending your collected sample to the laboratory, not for returning the kit to Fertility Phoenix LLC.
- Reimbursement Amount: Customers will be reimbursed the amount received by Fertility Phoenix LLC.
